At Spectrum you will be treated with dignity and respect in a caring and supported environment.
You will have a dedicated key worker who will listen and support you during your time with us and together we will prepare a personalised care plan.
Get involved ... your views are valued at Spectrum and we have ‘Spectrum Representatives’ who can help us with staff interviews and recruitment, inform our board of news and ideas and help us shape our delivery.
Regular parent and carer afternoons enable us to develop shared aims and to understand what’s important to you.
