Charity Shop Supervisor

Spectrum invites applicants with retail experience to apply for the above position to further develop our social enterprise activities and supervise our Charity Shop at Berrywood Road.


The focus of this position for the successful applicant will be:

- Responsible for delivering sales against a budget

- Maintaining high standards of display and stock control

- Providing the highest levels of customer service and care

- You must be energetic, enthusiastic and a team player with "retail instinct" and creativity

- Ensuring our service users are engaged within the shop having meaningful activities

- Identifying and developing a range of social enterprise schemes.

- Maintaining high standards of presentation and stock rotation

- Ensure relevant admin is completed daily

Ideal applicants will have

- Previous experience of working alongside adults with disabilities

- Knowledge of working within the charitable sector

This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) Monday to Friday

Starting salary £16,500 rising to £16,750 after successful completion of probationary period.
